- Candidates should have passed 10th, 12th classes, and B.sc from a recognized board.

- Pharmacist (Allopathy): 12th class pass with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry &Biology )
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and
- Two years experience as a Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
- Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, of 1948.
- Nursing Officer: B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing OR
- Regular course in B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; OR
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council; OR
- Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wife from a recognized Board OR Council;
- Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-Wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife) from State Nursing Council.
