Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have passed the 10th,/12th class, Degree, and Graduation from a recognized board.

- Secretary: Degree with HDC & BM with seven years experience as an Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank OR
- B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five years of experience as an Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank OR
- Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance as the main subject or Membership in Chartered accountants of India with three years of experience in the Banking Sector and having cooperative qualifications OR
- B.Com (Co-operation) with seven years experience as an Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank.
- Chief Accountant/Chief Accountant: A recognized university degree with not less than marks and a Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC or HDC & BM of Kerala State Cooperative Union or HDC or HDCM of National Council for Cooperative Training ) or
- successfully completed Subordinate (Junior) Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) or B.Sc/MSc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University or
- Any recognized University of Kerala Co-operation: B.Com degree with not less than 50% marks in all optional subjects
- Junior Clerk/ Cashier: SSLC or equivalent Qualification, Subordinate Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) will be the basic qualification.
- For candidates belonging to Kasaragod district, the Co-operative Diploma Course (GDC) conducted by Karnataka State Co-operative Federation and Junior Diploma in Cooperation (JDC) conducted by Kerala State Co-operative Union will be an equivalent basic qualification for appointment in Co-operative Societies/ Banks in the said district.
- And B.Com Degree with Co-operation as an optional subject, or Degree from any recognized University and Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC or HDC and BM of Kerala State Co-operative Union, or National Council for Co-operative of Rating Training HDC or HDCM) or
- Successfully completed Subordinate Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation), or B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University.
- System Administrator: First class B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and Communication Engineering / MCA / MSc (Computer Science or IT).
- Minimum working experience of 3 years in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/ Linux-based environments. Data Entry Operator: Graduation from any recognized University
- Kerala Certificate of passing data entry course from an institution recognized by the central government.
- One year of work experience in the post of Data Entry Operator in a recognized institution.
- Typist: SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- KT. E English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower).
