• Candidates should have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized board.

• Chief Electrical Engineer: A Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Lecturer in Goa Dental College And Hospital: Post-Graduate In Respective Disciplines with, OR 1 year of teaching experience OR 3 years experience as Registrar/Tutor/Senior Resident/Demonstrator
• Assistant Professor at Goa Medical College: Postgraduate degree in the concerned super-specialty with, OR At least one year of teaching or research experience. NOTE: For candidates with a Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/ Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) degree of 3 years duration, no experience is required.
• Lecturer at Goa Medical College: Post-graduate medical qualification in the specialty concerned with or At least 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident/ Registrar/ Tutor/ Demonstrator.
• First Expert for Finger Print Bureau, Second Expert for Finger Print Bureau, Scientific Officer: Official holding analogous post in the Finger Print bureau at any State/Centre. (Deputation period shall not exceed three years)
• Scientific Assistant: Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Forensic Science
• Principal Junior Scale/ Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor/ Assistant Controller of Examination: Degree in Engineering from a recognized University. OR 5 years of practical experience, out of which, 2 years should be in administration or Human Resource Management.
• Assistant Professor in Government College:  Master’s Degree in the relevant subject. OR National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor. OR candidates who have Ph.D. Degree shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET.
• Divisional Officer:  Degree in Science with science subject at 10+2 level. OR Diploma from the National Fire Service College or Associate/ Membership Diploma of the Institution of Fire Engineers (U.K.) OR 10 years experience in Fire Services, of which 5 years should be in a responsible capacity. OR Should possess a heavy vehicle license.
• Veterinary Officer: Recognized Veterinary qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984)
