• Candidates should have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized board.

• Mamlatdar/ Jt. Mamlatdar/ Vigilance Officer: Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning and development works.
• Knowledge of Konkani.
• Block Development Officer: Degree in any branch from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Konkani.
• Principal in Government Polytechnic: Bachelor’s or Master’s level and Ph. D. or equivalent, in appropriate discipline in Engineering/ Technology.
• OR Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of appropriate branch in Engineering/ Technology.
• With a Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in Teaching/ Research/ Industry.
• Planning Officer: Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized University.
