Educational Qualifications

• Candidates should have passed the 12th class from a recognized board.

• Lower Division Clerk: Possessing Higher Secondary School Certificate OR
• All India Council for Technical Education approved a Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Computer applications/ operations with typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
• Knowledge of Konkani.
• 15 years Residence/ Domicile Certificate in Goa issued by the competent authority.
• Binder Grade 2: Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/ institution OR
• Successfully Completed the course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute or equivalent, in any trade
• Two years experience as a Binder.
• Should pass the qualifying trade test in Binding conducted by Department
• Knowledge of Konkani
• 15 years Residence/ Domicile Certificate in Goa issued by the competent authority.
• Multitasking Staff: Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board OR
• Passed course conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification, in relevant trade, from a recognized Institution.
