Educational Qualifications

• Candidates should have passed 10th class, Degree from a recognized board.

• Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board Council.
• Sports-persons having represented the Country in an International Competition in any of the games/ sports with the clearance of the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports.
• OR Sports persons having represented A StatelUT in the Senior or Junior Level National Championships organized by the National Sports Federations recognized by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports or National Games organized by the Indian Olympics Association in any of the games/ sports.
• OR Sports-persons have represented their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Association of Indian Universities or the Inter-University Sports Board in any of the games/ sports.

• Income Tax Inspector postpay Rs. Pay Level 7 of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponds to pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs.4600/· in PB – 2 of Rs.9300-34800/- of 6th CPC.
• Tax Assistant postpay Rs. Pay Level 4 of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponds to pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in PB – I of Rs.5200-20200/- of 6th CPC.
• Multi-Tasking Staff postpay Pay Levell of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponding to pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs. 1 800/- in PB – I of Rs.5200 20200/- of 6th CPC

Selection Process:

• The candidates will be selected based on their performances in the last four years (Sports), Document Verification, Data Entry Skill Test.
• The applications will be scrutinized and eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the evaluation of their best three performances in the last four years age and the best performance of the candidate in their career in respective sports events.
• The candidates can be called for an appearance before the selection committee for verification of the relevant original documents at any stage of the recruitment process.
• In respect of appointment to the post of Tax Assistant, the candidates will also be required to qualify the Data Entry Skill Test @ 8000 key depressions per hour.
