- Candidates should have a 5th, 10th, 12th Passed+ DMLT, GNM/BSc. Nursing, MBBS/ PG Degree from a recognized board.

- Staff Nurse (SNCU, NBSU): Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) / Bachelor Degree in Nursing from any of the institutions recognized under the rules of the Nursing Council of India with registration at A.P. Nursing & Midwives Council.
- Lab-Technicians (SNCU): One-year Lab-Technician course after Intermediate(or) 2 years Lab-Technician course after SSC (or) B.Sc with Medical Lab Technology as one of the optional subject (or) B.Sc. Degree with BZC / Life Science in 1st class with P.G. Diploma in MLT issued by NIMS / SVIMS (or) P.G. Diploma in Clinical Biochemistry course of the university recognized by UGC (or)Diploma in Transfusion Medical Technology course certified by NIMS, Hyderabad Intermediate vocational course with 1-year clinical training/apprenticeship
- Attender Cum Cleaner (NRC): 10th class or its equivalent
- Cook Cum Care Taker (NRC): 10th class or its equivalent
- Paediatrician (SNCU): MBBS with PG Degree / Diploma in Paediatrics at the institution recognized by the MCI with registration and updated renewal at A.P. Medical Council
- Security Guards (SNCU): 10th class or its equivalent
- Supporting Staff (SNCU): 5th Class Pass, only Female Candidates should be selected as they have to support the lactating mother in breastfeeding mothers in SNCUs
- Medical Offices (NBSU): MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India. The Candidate must be registered in the AP Medical Council.
