Educational Qualifications
- Candidates should have a Degree/ PG (Relevant Discipline) from the recognized boards.

- Research Associate (RA): M.Sc. in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry / Agronomy or M. Tech. in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering. Should have at least 01 years or more of work experience in soil survey and land use planning or soil studies and Remote Sensing & GIS application in soil studies.
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) For Chiplima and Bhawanipatna centers: Master’s Degree in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry / Agronomy / Soil & Water Conservation Engineering / Natural Resource Management. Should have at least 6 months of work experience in Soil Survey.
- Project Assistant (PA) For Chiplima center: Bachelor’s Degree in Science /Diploma in Agriculture with Computer knowledge. Should have adequate exposure to watershed activities, and field survey works.
- System Manager: M.Sc. in Soil Science / Geology /Geography or M.Tech in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering / Water Resources/ Geoinformatics or Masters degree in Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics / Computer Application. Should have at least 01year or more experience in handling GIS software like Arc GIS, ERDAS Imagine, Q-GIS, ENVI, hardware, and networking.
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (GIS lab): M.Sc.in Soil Science / Agronomy or Soil & Water Conservation Engineering or Masters degree in Geoinformatics / Geology / Geography / Computer Application. Senior
